“Peaceful location great for trips to nearby cities”

Nice apartment, great location close to beach and promenade, not far from restaurants. Tip - you need car to visit nearby cities, public transport poor at this city

I am very glad that I chose these apartments for my vacation. Everything was great. Very good location. Close to the sea and the city center. A big plus is that there is a safe parking space. Our apartment even had several terraces on different sides of the building, so we could hide from the sun. The apartments were very clean, spacious and tidy. There was a washing machine, although there was no dishwasher, but my mother-in-law was traveling with us, so we had no problems with that 😁. Just kidding 😅 There was air conditioning in every room. The host was very kind and helpful. In short, a perfect choice for a vacation ❤️

Very nice villas with one bedroom and living room with AC, kitchen with all you need, washing machine for laundry, patio in front and in the back , 10 min walk to the beach, very helpful and very nice host , free guided tour of one and a half hour to the Modica town.

A very nice and helpful host with whom we had constant contact on what's up. A comfortable house with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Huge livingroom with kitchenette. Very nice and comfortable area around the house with parking, dining table, coffee table, beach beds. Outdoor shower for hot days. Good localization both in the town itself (close to a good beach) and for further sightseeing trips.

Alessandro and his dad were incredible hosts. The first night of our stay our flight was delayed and we arrived very late. We thought we may have difficulty contacting our hosts, getting the keys, and finding a late dinner but we were amazed to find that they both met us at the door and Alessandro cooked us dinner!! To give you an idea, we had been traveling for almost three weeks, and had never experienced such a familial welcome. It was very charming. Additionally, the space was large, comfortable and very clean. Alessandro and his dad made themselves available to us, brought little things we requested and even drove us to their favorite beach. We spent three nights there and if we ever decide to go back to Pozallo we'll stay with them again.

Great location, close to the sandy beach, great facilities, great staff. Everything was clean, new., with all we need. Our hosts Gianfranco and Alessandro were very helpful with us, they told us much details about the area and about what we can do. They wait for us with prossecco🥂🍾. Everything was great. We recommend this property. We will definitely stay here again.

The hospitality was exceptional. Gianfranco and his son are the perfect hosts. The apartment was immaculately clean and beautifully furnished. Location perfect, walking distance to the beach. This is one of the best apartments I have stayed in. I would not hesitate to recommend these apartments to anyone looking to visit the south of Sicily.

Well equipped, perfect clean, fantastic location

Big space, very clean, with all facilities. Quiet area and close to a nice and not crowdy beach(5 to 10min walk). Air conditioning and outside shower perfect for hot summer. You only need a backpack with you...and than you have everything. Owners are very helpfull...

Villette is very well equipped, clean and full of light. The city beach and restaurants are near in walking distance. Very good destination for enjoying south-east Sicily. Owner is friendly and helpfull.

“Beautiful, modern property with all you need”

Villette Orsa Maggiore is a really lovely, clean, modern place to stay. We were there with our 2.5 year old who loved the outside space which is gated so it was easy to let him roam free. The accommodation is really well done, modern fixtures and fittings, good size bedrooms with air conditioning throughout the property with a kitchen/dining room and all you need for a holiday stay. There's outside space at the front and rear with the bonus of an outdoor shower to get the sand off after a long day at the amazing beach. The beach is a 5 minute walk away, it's a very nice walk past the beach in the evenings towards where the majority of the restaurants are. We were met at the property by Caterina and Alessandro (Alex) who were very accommodating when we wanted an early check in. They are great hosts! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend both Pozzallo and Villette Orsa Maggiore, a very relaxing place to stay.
