Overview
Set in Pera di Fassa, Residence La Zondra is 300 metres from the Ciampedie Catinaccio ski area. It offers a sun terrace with tables and chairs, and a garden with free communal BBQ. Wi-Fi is free throughout. The apartments feature a small balcony with mountain views, a living/dining area with sofa bed and fully equipped kitchenette, and free Wi-Fi. A flat-screen TV with DVD player is also included. The city centre is a 5-minute walk from the property, while a free ski bus to/from Sella Ronda stops 100 metres away.

“Would like to live here”
Couldint expected better apartment, would like to live here. There is everything you might need and the apartment feels rather new. Staff is helpfull, parking is a step from building. If traveling on summer with kids, there is a nice kids playground on another side of river. Calm beautiful place (summer season was just starting) but if you are boried just ask the staff what to do there :) P.s. just a notice washing mashine is in the basement.

Very clean, spacious and calm apartment, friendly hosts. The apartment is well equipped, with modern bathrooms. The ski lift Vajolet is within walking distance.

“Ideal for skiers”
As we came primarily to ski, we chose this apartment because it is near the slopes we wanted to visit. The house is equipped with all the amenities you might need, it is big enough to fit 4 people and it is very clean. There is a ski depot in the basement of the house and the parking is very big. The host is very kind and he and his family helped us with all the questions we had. I would definitely like to come back.

“Comfortable apartment with bad Internet connection. Not for working remotely.”
The apartment was great. It had the perfect size and two balconies. The location was good as well because you have plenty of hiking options near by. Despite having some dead flies on the floor it looked clean. They charge 30€ for the dog. Not that I like it but information for dog owners.
