The breakfast was excellent - a great spread of food. Staff extremely helpful - even though we arrived in the middle of the night! Very comfortable room and hotel facilities. Pool and sauna excellent (and just the right temperatures!) The ski bus arrives/drops off just outside the hotel which saved us a walk to the ski lift. There were excellent restaurants/snack bars opposite the hotel and within a few minutes walk. Lots of parking - around the hotel and in the underground car park. As a family of 2 adults and 3 teenagers, we would definitely consider staying again.

My son and I have just returned from a ski trip and given some recent poor reviews thought I’d quickly put anyone’s anxiety to rest! This is a really good hotel. I was nervous given recent poor reviews - these are unfair. This is a classic Italian hotel, slightly retro (like most) but clean, warm and comfortable. We parked right outside the hotel each day for free. We thought we could walk everyday to the ski lift but took 20 mins along a fairly busy road and a little uphill so ended up driving where the parking is free right next to the lift - get there before 830 first lift and lots of free parking. The breakfast was plentiful - eggs, bacon, yoghurt, cereal, fruit etc with lots of milk options for diary challenges - the coffee average tbh! No evening restaurant which is a slight challenge as you need to eat out or find a restaurant doing takeaway every night. Good pool and sauna open 3-7pm which is fine as you finish skiing 4/5pm. The pool did get quite cold towards the end of our week. Good clean gym, basic with weights and cardio but didn’t use this. There is a bar as well but we didn’t use this. The bedroom and beds were comfortable, a little basic but we are there to ski so everything you need and a clean en-suite! FYI walls are thin so you can hear others! There is road traffic noise for the light sleepers to be aware of. We couldn’t get WiFi to work but we had EE and O2 5g whilst there without issues. We would recommend this place, you need to drive up to the slopes but loads of ski options and for us this was great! The town itself is very quiet. Canazei about a 15 min drive is much livelier.

The stuff was absolutely fantastic: very friendly, always happy to help. The hotel is very dog friendly, stuff always wanted to pet our golden retriever, cleaning team was not afraid to come in for cleaning and petted our dog. We were welcome to go to breakfast and sit in common areas with the dog. We loved the free hot tea available in the lounge in the evenings. Sauna and swimming pool were nice, breakfast was good. Pillows were very comfortable.
