Overview
This beachfront villa is located in the fishermen village of Povljana, on the south-eastern coast of Pag Island. The property offers an outdoor pool, a beach bar, a restaurant and terrace with sea views. A private balcony with sea views is standard in all of Villa Kastel’s rooms. Each room is fitted with air conditioning, satellite TV and a small fridge. The bathrooms have a shower cabin, toiletries and a hairdryer. Fresh seafood and Mediterranean dishes are served at the Jardin restaurant. The wine bar stocks Croatian and international wines. For a morning coffee and a newspaper, you can visit the lobby café-bar. Free WiFi is available in all public areas at Kastel Villa. The pebbly beach is just 10 metres away. The famous Zrće Beach, as well as the historic Zadar Old Town, can be reached by car in 45 minutes. Pag Island is connected to the mainland by a highway bridge. The Krka National Park and the Plitvice Lakes National Park are a 2-hour drive away. Zagreb and Split can be reached in about 3 hours by car.

Great breakfast that changed a bit daily , room spacious and an adequate sized bath, it does show its ages here and there but still comfortable , it has a pool but we only used it once :) the beach is great and further down you can spend your time in the shade under the trees , very nice, good restaurant on site and there are a few other decent options in the area, parking could be a bit tricky (seems to be enough spaces but some require maneuvering) but i had luck and got one of the few places under roof. big balcony that got a bit hot during the evening, but excellent view of the sunset in return

We loved the location, the hotel bar by the beach, the hotel restaurant and the staff. We tried other restaurants outside the hotel but ours was the best regarding the quality and also the price, Seafood platter for two is the best choice. Very calm beach, it’s ideal to relax, don’t forget to bring your favorite book with you! Pool was also wonderful, the quality of the water very nice plus the view is excellent. Thanks for everything!

“A beautiful holiday in a beautiful place”
It was a beautiful vacation. The room corresponds to the one we booked. Check in and parking were without problems and free of charge. The room was very comfortable with a beautiful view of the sea, the beds were comfortable. There was silence in the room. The pool with sunbeds was clean. I appreciate the variety of the breakfast. The restaurant was pleasant and we enjoyed going here for dinners. I would like to praise the very friendly head waiter Zoran. Such a professional is rarely seen anywhere. The other staff were always pleasant as well. The beach is right in front of the hotel with a gentle entry into the water. The price in this hotel more or less corresponds to the premium location.
