“Great stay!”
Great place to stay. The property is clean and the hosts are very welcoming. Ask about the surf lessons because they found us a really great instructor. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a nice private stay in Arugambay!

“Great peaceful location with chill communal area to hang out and meet other travellers in passing.”
We loved being so close to the surf, and slightly tucked away from the hustle of the main street. Still plenty of options to eat and drink near by. Our hosts were legends, helping us search for waves nearby. A shared fridge on-site meant we were able to keep our water cool.

The family that runs it is nice and the location to the beach and main point is great while still being of the main road. In addition, the hosts offered to clean our room during our stay which was very nice.

“The perfect place for people looking to surf, chill out and explore the East Coast”
Stayed for a month and wish I could stay longer. Super friendly hosts (if you’re really lucky you might get curry and rice from Mum), nice clean rooms with arctic A/C. The best thing is the location though, 5 mins from Main Point, but away from the noise and bustle of the Main Street. 10/10 would stay again.

“Worth the stay.”
Location is prime, 1 minute walk to baby point, 7 minute walk on the beach to main point. 20 minutes toktok ride to up and down loctions such as puttovill point and pinuat farm. Advisable to take the AC room, you can manage the fan rooms but its much better to take the AC room. We asked to switch at half stay time from fan to AC room. The Manager and family were very nice , they took care of all our needs begining from colmobo pickup and return and ending with local surf points. I would definitely reccomend the spot.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room reached my expectations and were clean. The best part about the accom was house close it was to the beach. Was only about a 150m walk until you were on sand. Would stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay at Ocean Bliss! The room was nice and clean. Would recommend to everyone to go here. Harsha and his family are amazing and very helpful. And… next to the beach!! 30 seconds walk and you’re at the beach ready to surf, chill or swim! So happy that I have stayed there.

“Amazing location and best host in A’Bay”
The place is in the perfect location, especially if you want to surf at main/baby point. The property is 2 min away from the beach and there are lots of great restaurants around. The rooms have king sized beds, mosquito nets, space to store your clothes, AC and a big bathroom. Also, there is a communal fully equipped kitchen with. The best part of the property for myself is the owner and his family and friends. They are incredibly helpful with organising the perfect stay for you and always have a smile on their face. Harsha’s mom even cooked rice & curry for us (best one I had during my 5 weeks in Sri Lanka!!). Thanks Harsha for an unforgettable time in A’Bay.
