Zero to no WiFi... Constructions starting form 8am. Unfriendly people at the reception desk (two out of three). The lift makes noice. Hence, it makes noice the hole night. The windows are not well isolated. One can hear the train. Loud people on the floor that made called their family via speakers and were too loud. Was ok clean

Comfortable and clean hotel. Easily accessible by train direct from Berlin Airport. It is in a good location as it is walking distance from Sansoucci Park and Potsdam University. The breakfast was charged separate to the room rate, but it was very nice.
