This modern, 4-star hotel is located directly on the shore of Lake Griebnitzsee in Potsdam's Babelsberg district. It offers quiet and spacious rooms with free WiFi as well as excellent public transport connections into Potsdam and Berlin. it was directly opposite the train station and near HPI d-school, hotel breakfast and bar area has a great view of the lake! room was pretty big

“Weekend getaway in Potsdam”
Good location on the river and just a very short walk from the railway station. Staff was friendly at check-in. Good value for money. You get what you pay for but nothing more. Great cafe (Buena Vida Coffee Roasters) just next to the hotel at the railway station

The location is fabulous- views over the lake from the dining room are beautiful. The breakfast buffet is extensive and is regularly restocked. The staff were courteous, friendly and helpful.

“Good location and breakfast, but maintenance bathroom not ok”
The staff of the hotel was friendly and welcoming, we enjoyed the extensive breakfast. The location is also perfect for visiting Berlin and Potsdam. The S-Bahn station is only 100 meters from the hotel and train leave about every 10 minutes. There is of course some noise from the trains for that reason when you are in the hotel, but that did not bother us very much. Also convenient is the small nearby supermarket, also within 100 meters or so.
