We only have positive impressions. The location was just perfect, all the main attractions were within walking distance. The room was very cozy and clean, which was very important to us. The service was top-notch, the staff was polite and ready to help at any time. Overall, it was a great place to relax.

“Great stay”
Great location, 5min walk from Charlottenhof train station. Couple of supermarkets in walking distance. Easy check in/out. Very nice gentleman at reception sorting everything out. Room/bathroom very clean. Little fridge as well as tea/coffee facilities in the room. Shower height adjustable for tall people! Not much noise from the street.

“Compact room, good location in Potsdam.”
Fantastic room, comfy double bed, small but good kitchenette, had everything in, including a kettle! Bathroom good. Parking OK, next to hotel. Only 10mins away from main entertainment area of Potsdam. Breakfast was usual european fayre, but good selection, and plenty of it.

“Loved the building and the location but felt negleted by the hotel staff.”
The building is beautiful. Late 19th century with matching decoration and furniture. Breakfast is in the wonderful conservatory overlooking the garden and terrace. Location is also perfect: short walking distance from the Luisenplatz and Park Sanssouci.

The hotel is located next to the Sanssouci park and the city center with a small parking on site. There is a possibility to get the key outside of the working hours, which is very convenient. The rooms were ok, so is the breakfast.
