“Great staff does credit to the hotel”
The staff were superb. Our flight was cancelled twice at the last minute and it was no problem for them to sort out a room for us twice!

“Great location with a clean well managed place”
- The location is very central - The staff is extremely warm and professional - The breakfast spread was good - One of our rooms was in the old block and with high ceiling the room was taking long to warm up. Pierre from the staff on duty was prompt in helping with an additional heater in the room which was a blessing - Michael from the reception team too was also very professional & helpful

“Great, fun (and delicious!) stay... (except for that one guy)!”
The hotel is in an excellent location near the old gate; a little dated, but adds somewhat to the funky anbiance! The room and bathrroom were clean, and the bed comfy. It was very hot (in summer) and we had to open the door to the hall to get air as there is no air conditioning. The breakfast was superb and most of the staff were genuinely nice and accomodating.

Great location, close to restaurant and cafes and walking distance from main attractions in Potsdam. It is nice that they have their own parking lot so you don’t have to worry about that if you come by car. It was clean and we had everything we needed for one night stay. Didn’t try the breakfast.

3 things about this place . 5/5 location in the heart of the beautiful city Potsdam Breakfast was nice. The ultimate price till go to the receiption guys, awesome service and they were really helpfull and nice. Will come back.
