Fabulous warm welcome upon arrival. Really lovely clean house. Beautiful location. Beautiful river just alongside the house. Just fabulous. Cant thank the hosts enough. Location is superb.

We had a fabulous stay at this perfect for us Property. We were a party of 7 Motorcyclists. The house was secure, lockable parking for all our bikes which gives peace of mind for us. The house is very spacious and got great social areas inside and outside. We spent lots of time under the outdoor gazebo which is a lovely space to chat about our fantastic days riding. The Host was very helpful responding promptly to anything we messaged her with. The Hosts Mother lives in her property across the Garden. She greeted us on arrival and showed us around the property. She was a delightful Lady and made us feel so welcome, She even stitch one of the lads riding gloves for him, Doing a perfect repair which he was extremely grateful. All in All, we had the perfect stay at this property. The house is in a great location and less than 6 minutes into town. The House was extremely Clean with everything you need to enjoy your Stay.

1. Big old Asturias house with lots of original features e.g. dark wood, stone. 2. Lots of room for each person - plenty of room to store or dry motorcycle kit. 3. Fully equipped kitchen. 4. Very clean. 5. Plenty of hot water with great shower pressure. 6. Secure parking for about 10 motorcycles with lockable gate. 7. Less than 5 minute walk from the centre of Potes. 8. Less than 3 minute walk for a great place for breakfast (Nisio y Edith) although you could do your own. 9. 5 Minute walk from two supermarkets. 10. Very friendly and helpful host - No English spoken but Google translate works fine! Daughter speaks English. 11. Very good value. 12. Second stay at the address. I would always try and book it.

Charming Villa Near Picos de Europa, Spain We recently stayed at a beautiful villa near Picos de Europa with two families, including four children. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the owner, a delightful and kind-hearted woman who was genuinely pleased to see us. The villa is ideally located in a lovely village, with a picturesque stream nearby where the children enjoy swimming. The spacious garden was a perfect place for relaxation and outdoor activities, offering plenty of room for the kids to play. Inside, the villa is well-equipped with everything you might need. The kitchen is large and well-stocked, although it lacks an oven, which is a minor inconvenience but manageable. There is also a washing machine and a clothesline in the garden, which came in handy during our stay. The beds were comfortable, and the house was impressively large, with a rich history that adds to its charm. The upper floors have creaky wooden floors, which we find endearing rather than bothersome. A bit of oil on the door hinges could prevent some of the squeaking, but it wasn't a major issue. Overall, this villa is a fantastic choice for large groups or families. The owner lives nearby and was incredibly accommodating, adding a personal touch to our stay. We highly recommend this villa for anyone looking to explore the Picos de Europa region while enjoying a comfortable and welcoming home base.

Location was perfect for us. 5 mins into town and in the lap of the Picos. Plenty of space in the house, very well looked after by the owner.

Located very close to the centre of potes. The host was very helpful and explained all the house features brilliantly through Google translate. A very nice woman. Excellent secure parking for our motorbikes

Fantastic location for motorcycle touring. Although the owner didn't speak English, and we didn't speak Spanish, the use of google translation worked fine. Secure parking for 9 motorbikes.

FOURTH stay here, everything was perfect as usual, the lady who runs it is fantastic, 5 bedrooms ( 1 double ) use of garden, barbecue, communal pool, large kitchen/dinner, washing machine. the only reason not to recommend this accommodation would be to stop people from booking my home from home. ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC
