“Friendly host, clean and big space for 2”
Really big space for just the two of us. We also had a balcony where we could relax at in the day after our hikes. The location is great. On top of that, Agustin was a really good host. We took the bus from Santander to Potes, he welcomed us when we alighted and walked us to the property. He also gave a lot of recommendations on trails and food places to try out. He is very responsive and helpful!

The location is perfect. You're in the old center with all the restaurants within a couple of minutes and the apartments offer a great view of the mountains. We really loved the terrace.

Casa de la Abuela is brilliant. The position overlooking Potes with views to the mountains is superb. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here next time we visit the area.

“Perfect flat with gorgeous terrace and views of Pottes”
Beautiful flat with the most perfect view of the mountains. Space was very clean, comfortable bed and stayed cool even though was boiling outside. Good shower pressure and huge comfortable bed. Just on the edge of town so nice and quiet but walking distance to all the local restaurants. Host was very helpful and free parking close by. Was the perfect stay!

“Really special place in a great town with a lovely host.”
Fabulous apartment with great amenities, beautiful porch and patio furniture with an amazing view. Kitchen was well equiped with oil, vinegar salt, so nice. Host was kind, helpful and available if needed. Great town, interesting fun easy and beautiful. Far exceeded expectations.

This apartment was beautiful. So comfortable, clean, spacious. Everything you need and more. Stunning views. We can’t believe how close you are to the centre of Potes but yet it’s so quiet and peaceful. Everything about our stay was perfect. The hosts are amazing so accommodating and helpful. We wish to return. It’s an absolute gem.

Positives: • Great sized of apartment for one or two people. • Nice balcony with outstanding views. • Agustín, the owner, was very friendly and offered advice on hiking routes, plus bars and restaurants to try. • Big fridge-freezer, plus microwave for small amounts of self-catering. • Very good to have a washing machine and clothes drying rack. • Lots of wardrobe space, with plenty of coat hangers. • Superb location, just a 2 minute walk from the centre of Potes. • Very good shower.
