Located just 100 metres from the entrance to Postojna Cave and completely refurbished in 2016, Postojna Cave Hotel Jama features an on-site restaurant and bar. The Hotel is in the middle of a nice park, there are lots of shops there. The room is very nice, and the zone is quiet at evening. We had dinner also, it was a buffet and delicious! I also very much suggest the secret rooms tour!

“Smooth and friendly stay”
Perfect location with super friendly staff. Check in was smooth with sufficient information. Very helpful in all request and booking of tickets for various nearby activities. Breakfast was sufficient and quickly replenished. Many people spoke of problems with luggage but we checked in without our luggage and then used one of the available trolleys. The discounted hotel tour with hidden rooms is very highly recommended.

A lovely Hotel with beautiful views from the balcony and a great outdoor area for drinks and food. A very tranquil setting. Staff were superb from reception, bar staff, waiters and cleaners.

Aside from a few servers and receptionists the staff was rude and made me feel like I not supposed to be there. I feel bad for this low review because of those few who actually cared. But most of the staff, especially the younger servers were just rude.

Convenient location by cave entrance. Nice hotel, comfortable room. Almost empty when we were there, which was pleasant but had the downside that the buffet (which was the only dining option after closing hours of the cave) was a bit of a sparse affair.

“Great stop to see the caves and the bus stop is right outside”
I appreciated getting a balcony room, the views were excellent. The room was a good size and the food was good, both dinner and breakfast. The staff were mostly friendly.
