“Overall amazing place we loved it a lot”

This place is amazing the host is absolutely wonderful , he sent us a pdf file on the near places which made it a lot easier to wonder around , the decorations is wonderful the garden everything is well kept , the host welcomed us very nicely , he answered any questions we asked , it made us feel very homey , everything is very close within a 10 min or less car drive , the home itself it’s placed in a very nice and centred place , 10/10 would recommend this place , we will visit again

“Possidi holidays”

The house is situated outside of the beaten path by the main touristic flow, right before entering into resort areal. Sure thing, I consider this an advantage, given the open space and silence found at the location. The apartment we had is part of a beautiful stone house, and is equipped with all necessary. The space is well distributed inside - small living and a bedroom at ground floor, and a second bedroom upstairs. We have appreciated very much the yard around the house - nice grass well maintained, the table under the walnut tree shadow where we used to have the morning coffee, the sunbeds and the rocking chair under a big umbrella in the yerd - all made our stay so pleasent there ! Not for the last - Giorgos was a wonderful host, I would come back to Petrino Spiti in the future, no doubt.

“A beautiful and romantic place for holidays”

During our tour in Chalkidiki, "To petrino spiti" was our last and best stop. It was such a nice surprise to discover this beautiful place. The house was really spacious, very beautiful and totally private. We had a huge private garden with trees, flowers and lots of green . The house was full of pretty corners with shade. At night, the lights offered us a magical spectacle under the stars.The house was fully equipped, everything was new and stylish and the beds were super comfortable. We were going to the beach on foot which was only 500 meters away. All shops and taverns are in a 5 minute walking distance. It is the perfect choice for families and for people who like privacy and want to experience moments of relaxation close to nature. As for Giorgos, the host, made our life easier with his useful tips about the area. He is such a kind, helpful and quick-responsive person always there for whatever we needed. I highly recommend this villa for a memorable vacation. We're going to come back soon but this time with our friends for a longer vacation. P.S. 100 meters from the house there is an excellent restaurant Poseidon which I also recommend.

Our stay at this beachside house was an absolute dream come true! The location couldn't have been more perfect, with the beach just a stone's throw away. The house itself was not only beautiful but also incredibly comfortable and well-equipped. The owner deserves a special mention for their warm and welcoming hospitality. They were not only friendly but also went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay, offering us great local tips and making us feel right at home. One of the standout features of this property was the massive yard, which was an absolute paradise. We spent countless hours enjoying outdoor activities and lounging in the sun. The outdoor cinema was an unexpected bonus, providing us with unforgettable movie nights under the stars. And let's not forget the delightful tomato garden! Fresh, juicy tomatoes straight from the garden made our meals even more delicious. I can't recommend this property enough. It's the perfect place for a beachside getaway, and we can't wait to return for another memorable stay!

We loved everything about the place and our stay!The host was great and really helpful with lovely suggestions of the area! The highlight of our stay was deffinetely the outdoor cinema in the beautiful garden! We would love to visit for sure again in the very near future 😊
