“Absolutely amazing experience”

The place was easy to find. Our hosts were waiting for us to hand over the keys. They were super friendly and welcoming. I had booked a double room and upon arrival there we were provided an upgraded room free of charge. It was really surprising and made us super happy. The room was pristine clean (especially the towels). Mrs. Sofia did the great work with them. The staff provided us with the recommendations on where we could go for a swim. The breakfast was great including both salty and sweet options. Host’s mom makes the tastiest jams (we’ve tried orange 😍 and apricot ones). I was even interested in buying the orange one, but they didn’t sell it unfortunately. From the hotel you can easily go to different areas of Kassandra. We chose the beach that was 5 mins drive from the place and Fourka. Both of them were really nice but we enjoyed the Posseidi beach more as the water was super clean and cool. The day when we were leaving the hosts surprised us with the small gifts (the jar of orange jam and the bottle of homemade liquor). If we decide to go back to Halkidiki, we will definitely choose Istira hotel as for this money you get a clean room with all facilities and absolutely amazing staff taking care of you and your needs. This is where you can actually see and feel the Greek hospitality.

Everything was perfect. The room is well furnished, clean. It has everything you need. The owner is correct and polite.. We had a great time.

We had a wonderful stay in that family hotel. From the moment we arrived we were treated with warm smiles and excellent customer service. Owners are friendly and trying their best to make their guests to feel comfortable. Our room was spacious and clean with all the amenties we needed, daily cleaning and changing towels,comfortable mattresses. Tasty breakfast served with honest smile and positive vibes) Overall we had amazing experience in that hotel and yes, we would recommend this hotel to stay in.

Very clean, everything was working well in the room, the breakfast was great and the owners are pleasant and really provide a personal touch. The owner saw I always ate all the nutella for breakfast and gave me more the next day and I didn’t even ask. Part of the parking has natural shade from the trees which is also great! All in all a great experience.

From the moment we arrived at Istira Hotel in Possidi, we knew we had found something special. We were warmly welcomed and checked in well before the official time – a thoughtful start to our stay. Our spotless first-floor room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels and air conditioning, and had a calming balcony view over a serene grove – worth the short 500m walk to the beach. We booked breakfast and dinner, and both exceeded expectations. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful, while dinners were the highlight: perfectly grilled fresh fish, delicious stuffed peppers, tender venison with golden potatoes, plus Greek salad and unforgettable filo-wrapped cheese. Desserts were unique and creative every night, from candied orange slices to homemade treats. The hospitality was exceptional – the host guided us to the best beaches in Halkidiki, including the breathtaking Possidi Cape, and recommended fantastic local bars and restaurants. On my birthday, the staff surprised me with a song and celebration, making it truly unforgettable. Possidi has completely stolen my heart – and Istira Hotel made our trip perfect. From the warm welcome to the mouthwatering food, spotless rooms, and genuine Greek hospitality, everything was flawless. We will definitely return.

This is the most amazing place to stay! Nice, clean, green, perfect place to relax. The room is fully equipped with everything you need for a great stay. It gets cleaned every day, and the fluffy towels are changed. The hosts - Babis and his family are just perfect in any possible way - kind, helpful, and very nice people. They had saved dinner for us even though we arrived later in the evening and when leaving found the right people to help us with a car problem. The home prepared food was perfect, the breakfast and the dinner quite impressive in quantity and very tasty variety. The property is very close to the beach, there are also many nice beaches around at just 10 min drive. We have visited many places in Greece ans this is by far the best combination of location, property and welcoming hosts!

This place is really perfect, it exceeded our expectations. Hosts are so friendly and nice and they serve such delicious home-made breakfast, you have to love it. You are not in the first row by the sea, but this place is very calm with a nice garden and trees and it is a really short walk to the beach. It was our first time in Possidi and we were amazed. It wasn't crowded, you could find your own spot on the long beach, there are two supermarkets and few nice restaurants/bars.

“Very clean and nice rooms”

The rooms are spacious and well equipped even for longer stays. The accommodation was very clean, and the owners are very helpful and polite.

This is a nice little family owned hotel, placed between a beautiful greenery surrounding and I cannot recommend it enough! The hygine in the accomodation is on a high level and towels are replaced on a daily basis. The breakfast is plentiful and the dinner is traditional Greek cuisine with really big portions. Every ingredient is very fresh and we were very happy to enjoy the deli jams and fruit sweets homemade from the kind Sofia. Her son Babis will have an answer to everyone of your question. The beach Possidi is only 5 min walk, if you want to experience the true Greek hospitality this is the place to stay.

We loved everything. It's clean, quite area, super friendly and helpful members of stuff, blackout curtains, great breakfast. We will definitely come back here if ever in the area

“Perfect holyday.”

The breakfast was very tastefull and diverse, it keeps you energized for the day. Rooms are clean, bed is big and comfy, the noise from outside is well contained. The air conditioning is efficient and very quiet. Lovely terrace with nice front garden. Parking is spacious enough and well protected/accesible from the main road. Friendly host, always there to help and guide you arround!

The personnel were very helpful,. There is free parking for guests.
