It is a beautiful dream location ... to have the Sea at your feet, as soon as you open the property gate ... is wonderful ! The yard is large and offers you an oasis of peace, shrubs and many flowers ... but also, a space arranged for children, a tennis court, a volleyball court and the possibility of making a barbecue just like at home. The owners are wonderful people, very friendly and will help you with all the information you need !

Absolutely fairy tale! Everything was amazing! The garden, the house, the owners and the see!

We stayed for 7 days in early July in this complex of 13 maisonettes, 8 of which are intended for tourism while the others have their own owners. The location of the complex is on the beach, which is extremely good, but for everything else, you need to have a car. This wasn't a problem for us since we arrived in Possidi by car, but if someone comes by other means of transportation, renting a car is mandatory. The sea is very clear and clean, and on the west-facing beach, you can stay until a beautiful sunset. Free loungers and umbrellas are available, but you have to carry them to the beach yourself and return them to the complex in the evening. We chose the Sunset beach bar, which is located 100m from the complex; another one with an excellent restaurant is 200m away. The owners, Maria and Georgios, are wonderful people, always at your service with accurate information. The maisonettes are self-service, meaning you have to take care of cleanliness and household supplies during your stay. The furniture is a bit outdated, as are the appliances, and the whole maisonette is quite cramped. Although the advertised area is 93m², this is the total area, with at least half of it being terraces and balconies. The rooms upstairs are quite small; one room has a nightstand and a wardrobe, while the other has a chest of drawers with four drawers. The dimensions of the rooms are 2.4 x 2.7m, which is enough space for families with two small children. Since we were two couples of friends, it was very tight for us. The only bathroom is upstairs and is also small, with a shower tray measuring 70x70. It should be renovated because there is space to install a shower tray or cabin with minimum dimensions of 90x80. The maisonette has one air conditioner that works excellently and covers the entire space, and the kitchen is equipped with everything we needed. The TV worked well (we followed the European Football Championship).

Hosts are real representatives of the famous Greek hospitality at its best. We were taken care of throughout the stay, including many advices on what to see, where to go, recommendation of restaurants and local attractions, even some stories including pirates ;) Also, Maria and George were immediately available for anything we might need. Everything was spot on. The apartment was spacious, clean, bright, with big terraces on both floors. Cleverly designed houses, where every other apartment is facing the opposite side of the property, so I believe that even in full season guests could enjoy a peaceful stay. Garden is beautiful, carefully taken care of, lots of trees and plants, barbecue, tennis court, tree house for smaller children. Sunbeds available, and beach is literally 5 meters from the entrance to the property so, really convenient.
