Just 20 metres from Lake Posio Järvi, this property is about 5 minutes’ from central Posio. It offers free Wi-Fi, access to a communal sauna, as well as rooms with a flat-screen TV. Set in former school building, all rooms at Lapin Satu have a desk and private bathroom with a shower. Some also feature a fireplace and well-equipped kitchenette. “Good stay”
The town is well known, with nearby attractions. Arrival and key collection was easy, the room was very large, although we only stayed for an overnight stay. The staff did not meet us, but sent all the necessary information. The place is far from the town, so you should stock up on the necessary things in advance. We did not use their services.

“Perfect spot to explore the Riisitunturi area.”
Nice little hotel, just outside Posio, and perfect if you are planing on visiting Riisitunturi. Very clean and quiet, with amazing view on a frozen lake. Comfortable bed, big towels. The hosts were very helpful and kind. Great breakfast, with all the typical finish pastries, berries and hot juices. All in all, perfect spot to explore the Riisitunturi area.

“Very nice hotel by the lake”
One of the best finnish hotels. Very clean with quite nice interior. Hotel is very nice located just near the lake. Rooms are warm, clean and big. There is extra electric radiator, kettle, cups and glases, also refrigerator. On 1st floor there's restaurant open 10.00-15.00. Breakfast are also available. In hotel there's sauna. Hotel has free parking

“Good, not excellent! But really does the job for a pit stop”
The breakfast was quite good although the choices are limited. We liked the room which was spacious and comfortable (the bed was just ok) and the property was clean and easily accessible.

“Relaxing night next to Posio”

“Nice location at an affordable price”
It was close to the Riisitunturi National Park. We rented snowshoes at the hotel and went for a nice walk. Breakfast was nice, on Sunday we got very tasty pancakes.

“A very nice and welcoming place to stay with family and a very good location to explore Lapland :)”
Owners were very warm, welcoming and helpful! We got very good recommendations about nearby activities and places to visit. Location was perfect, the view from the room amazing (to the lake). The room was big and comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good, with quite a lot options to choose from and very tasty.
