Wonderful host, beautiful and relaxing place . Rooms with tradițional design with a touch of marine theme. You have all essentials you need: minimarket , organized beach, 2 taverna., parking at the propriety. Do not expect shops . Place for relaxation. My advice : If you have a rented car you will see many other places of this beautiful island . We are sorry we had just a few days . 7 days on Akrogiali and 3 nights în Ermopoli would have been better.

The hosts were extremely helpful and friendly. They helped us to get to the hospital, and gave us a ride to the bus stop when we went home.

“The most charming place to stay on Syros”

Very lovely hotel, beautifully run and only feet from the water's edge. The host, Despoina, could not have been more helpful or considerate at all times. We had a room over-looking the small harbour which was delightful; very quiet at night, comfortable beds and a cute balcony. The area is pretty quiet at night but there is a good Italian restaurant opposite the beach about 3 minutes walk away. The peacefulness of the area was completely relaxing, a good contrast to other busier islands and also the main town on Syros. Breakfast was fresh, good fruit, cooked eggs, pastries, etc and served well. I would totally recommend for a peaceful stay.

The host, Mrs. Despina, was excellent, and she made as feel like home! The location so close to the Agathopes beach was exactly what we needed. The room was clean and specious for a family of four.

We had a fantastic holiday in Akrogiali. The owners Despina and Paris went above and beyond to make their guests feel at home. We felt very special, thanks to them. They are wonderful people, pay attention to every little detail to give an unforgettable experience for the travellers. Their guest service is 5-star. Our room was spotless, the beds were extremely comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and our favorite was the veranda balcony with the stunning view of the bay. The breakfast was excellent, so delicious and had a huge variety of foods. Overall this place is little bit of Heaven, the perfect stay for a relaxing holiday. We will definietly come back here in the future.

Great stay, owners were so nice and helpful, fully attentive and going above and beyond during who stay. great location on the water, easily walk to beach in one minute. close to Ono beach club and some cute restaurants. kitchen was super handy to have also. everything was great! very happy. :)

The couple who owns this hotel puts a lot of love and care into their place. We stayed at the more expensive boutique down the road for one night and this place was even better. We loved the photos on the walls and the attention to details. It’s like staying in someone’s home and you are treated like an honored guest.

Great & kind hostess, kind staff. You can feel that it is a family hotel that will do its best to support and make your stay pleasant. Rooms are extremely clean and tidy. There are some appliancies offered to use, such as coffee machine, or a toaster for example and there is a sink to wash any tableware maybe. Internet connection is a big plus especially if you are travelling and working remotely at the same time. Perfect location, a breath away from the nearest beach (Agathopes) and sufficient places to choose where to eat. I would definitely return and stay to Akrogiali and i recommend anyone to stay there.

Amazing place to stay super calm and you can’t hope for a cleaner place ! The owners are absolute delights and very helpful, the place is very close to ermoupoli and the hotel has very good bars and restaurants nearby. The view from our room was fantastic and mattress is really comfortable. We are sad that we have to leave earlier than planned but we will definitely be back in august ! Thank you very much !
