“Ghost resort worth visiting”
This is a resort hotel. The majority of the hotel is closed off as it is out of season or there just is no demand. The staff are friendly and helpful. The property is dated and needs an upgrade, redecoration, modén flat screen TVs, new blinds and curtains. Meals were good and reasonably priced. Breakfast is basic. No fridge in room. It is a pity, the property has so much potential and would make an excellent international resort. It just needs a bit of investment. A payment problem was resolved diligently and promptly. The pool is fantastic. Located next to airport, but with only three flights a day noise is not a problem, but easy access to BA. Shuttle train downtown takes you across the bridge to Encarnacion, Paraguay. Worth visiting. Downtown Posadas is disappointing. Good resort, worth visiting. Off season it is a ghost hotel.

“Wins on location but could be amazing if renovated”
Great location as we had a late flight and we were heading to Encarnacion, Paraguay in the morning for Carnival. Nice view from our balcony and an outside terrace where we had breakfast.Staff were helpful especially the guy on in the morning. He got us a price to arrange a taxi but we opted for the bus transfer which went well. You need to get the Bus 110 from the stop on the junction on the right of the hotel entrance. Then international bus to Paraguay. WiFi was okay.
