This was my second time staying here for a business trip, and once again, I really appreciated how quiet and relaxing it is after coming back late from work. The customer service remains top-notch, just like during my first stay. What made this visit truly special was that there were a lot of Spanish guests around, which created a very welcoming atmosphere and made me feel right at home!

Porvoo very beautiful old town (especially in winter lights). Very good budget stay for Porvoo. I was there for work and this fits exactly the needs. 10 min walking distance to Porvoo old town. Hotel is a re-modeled hospital. Very solid breakfast. Get your key via AirBnb key-box.

“Great place, worth your money”

The breakfast was really nice. The room was comfortable and cosy. It was really pleasant to find out that there's a gym and a sauna in the facility as well. There's an extra pillow available as well as a fan in the room. There's also a nearby park ideal for walks.

Friendly reception at the front desk. Spacious and clean room. Good beds. Shower and toilet were fresh. In other words, all the basics were as they should be. Good price and close to the old town, while also being well located for where we were going. Good value for a twin room for me and my daughter (16 yo). The breakfast was absolutely perfect in a calm environment. I love the Karelian pies.

Close to old town, clean room and nice breakfast - definitely worth the price. Great choice if you plan to visit Porvoo and focus on sightseeing.

“Hospital Room”

The whole building resembles an old hospital. The smell and atmosphere of a hospital was everywhere. The room is like a hospital ward, very old and worn out. On the floor old worn linoleum. The room was very cold, the floor was icy.

Clean room, comfortable bed, caring staff, fully equipped kitchen at the end of the corridor, good powerful hairdryer in the bathroom.

Peaceful place, best choice for relaxing

“Good hotel in short distance to old town porvoo”

You first have to get used to the interior design which reminds one of a hospital and reflects previous usage as an old people's home. But rooms are very clean, beds are comfy, breakfast is great and the staff very nice. So thumbs up!

I could park my bike in the same floor as my room was. The breakfast was great. Also the self catering kitchen was great. Everything was very clean. Very friendly and helpful owner.
