Communication was good, good location, easy access, quiet. Met my needs, and is close to the Camino route.

Very quiet street, 1 block away for bank, groceries, bars and food. Close to metro station. Comfortable beds and very good first impression. All codes for check-in received before hand.

Overpriced stay with poor service. I stayed on March 14 after a day of heavy rain and arrived with wet clothes, needing to warm up and dry off. The room was cold and the heating did not work. When I asked the owner if the radiators would be turned on, he kept telling me to wait and said they would come on later, but they never did. After my first request, I received no further response and my messages were ignored. Another issue was the price. When I called to ask about availability, I was offered the room for €70 for one night, while the same room was listed on Booking for €63. The walls were also very thin. I could clearly hear conversations and noise from other rooms late into the evening, which made it difficult to rest. In the end I paid a high price for a cold room, poor sound insulation, and unresponsive service. The experience felt careless and unwelcoming

A small & compact room with everything we needed for our stay, great location, comfy bed, well lit with plenty of power sockets. Tea and coffee provided, microwave & fridge/freezer in nice wee dining area. Would definitely stay here again.
