“Great find!”
Very comfortable, homely, and spacious accommodation. Great communication, fast, efficient and friendly. Secure parking / garage was a big plus. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. Welcome basket with small provisions, coffee pods, dishwasher tablets,hand soap and toilet paper provided. Very well-equipped, glasses, plates, mugs etc. Good location, elevated behind a row of shops and restaurants. 10 minutes walk to the boat ferries and town - nearer enough, but also quiet. Highly recommend.

Fantastic location set back from the road behind a row of shops and restaurants. Two minutes walk across to the beach and ten minutes along a paved path to Porto Venere. Very spacious accommodation with three double bedrooms and a good sofa bed in a separate part of the living area. The living area is large with dining table and sofas. Despite the heat we could keep the living room cool enough with closing blinds during the day and opening windows at night ( there are insect screens). The bedrooms have air con. The accommodation is all on the first floor with a garage available underneath ( and a second small apartment)

“Loved our stay - would come again if travelling to Italy”
The place was perfect for us. Roberto met us on arrival and showed us around. He also recommended the local bakery next door and we loved getting fresh bread there every morning. The house is spacious and comfortable. There is a beach right across the road, and it is an easy walk to Porto Venere.

Meeting and talking with Roberto was one of the highlights of our trip to Italy, the best host we have ever had. The location of the house is ideal, it has a large living space and great kitchen, and the bedrooms have great air conditioners for the hot summer months. Some of the other reviews noted the furniture is somewhat dated and the internet service isn't great, and that is true, but in all other ways this apartment is really excellent!

“Fantastic!”
Found the property very spacious, well located and. clean. We had a wonderful stay. The owner was very responsive to messages prior to our arrival - greeted us warmly and was super helpful throughout our stay.
