Overview
With a balcony overlooking the Ligurian Sea, apartments at the Gabbiani Residence are 300 metres from the sandy beach and 1.5 km outside Portovenere. Air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchenette and flat-screen TV are included in each apartment at Residence I Gabbiani. Some units boast separate living and sleeping areas, and some have free Wi-Fi. Guests can find shops and restaurant only 400 metres from the property, or reach La Spezia city centre in 20 minutes by car. The famous Cinque Terre Area is 25 km away. Parking is free on site.

We had an amazing stay. The host was warm, friendly, and always ready to help. The location was fantastic, the view was breathtaking, and everything was impeccably clean. Parking was easy and convenient. We traveled with our cat and really appreciated how comfortable and pet-friendly the accommodation was. We felt at home from the moment we arrived and would love to come back in the future!! We thank Mirko for his warm welcome 😎

“Incredible view”
THE VIEW and the terrace. So beautiful and cozy. And the host was very helpful and kind. The apartment is fully equipped. There’s a convenient parking under the building.

The apartment is wonderful, clean, with everything you need, and a beautiful view of the sea. Mirco is helpful, always available, and responds immediately if you have any questions. The sea is beautiful, clean, with many beaches and cafes. We were there with our little dog, and there were no problems whatsoever. Thank you!

“Cant think of a better location in Porto Venere”
Beautiful apartment. Great location. Very large Veranda overlooking the Gulf of La Spezia. We sat out here most of the time, since it was so beautiful. And surprisingly quiet. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need for even a longer stay. Comfy bed. Everything in Porto Venere is within walking distance, e.g. the boats to Cinque Terre, and lots of great restaurants. Coming back to the apartment, its a little bit of an uphill walk, and there are some stairs. However, that's the case pretty much everywhere in this area. The is a dedicated parking spot in the garage beneath the apartment, which is a huge plus. There is a reception which is staffed every morning, so if there is a problem, there is quick help. Wasn't necessary for us though.

“Fantastic holiday, will definitely come back here!”
The apartment was beautiful with the best sea view. Parking option included and pets allowed were too very important factor for us and both were provided. Extremely kind and helpful staff, all in an amazing holiday, will recommend to anyone visiting Portovenere!

The location is very nice, exceptional view form the balcony. A bit outside the city center, which is good seeing very quiet in the evening and in the morning.

“Perfect to stay and amazing view”
I am really happy with the apartment, from the balcony you can do your dinner with amazing view directly to the Sea. About location itself is easy to find and only couple minutes by foot to the center.

“A relaxing experience”
This place was great. The view was fantastic and the space was good. There was a balcony to enjoy the sun, only 5 minutes walk from a beach and only around 10-15 minutes from the historical part of Portovenere. Facilities were good, bed was comfortable. Mirco was lovely and helpful when checking in.

“Beautiful view over the sea”
The apartments have great view over Porto Venere. The center of Porto Venere is reached in 15mins with relaxing walk by the sea. There is everything that we needed in the apartment. There is private parking garage and it is great to have it because in the city the parking situation it is tough. We were with our dog and there wasn’t problem at all. We really recommend it!

“Great for traveling with a dog”
I really liked the view from our balcony & the location, about 20min stroll into town along the water. Perfect for a holiday with our dog. There was a nice pebble beach just a few min away.

“Very good clean stay at an excellent location”
Amazing location. Excellent apartment with sea and mountain view. A big balcony. Very spacious bedroom, comfortable large bed. Miros was very friendly and helpful.
