Overview
Portovenere's Locanda La Lucciola is in front of the tourist harbour, and 350 metres from the ferries to the Palmaria Island and the Cinque Terre. All rooms offer views of the Ligurian Sea, and Wi-Fi is free throughout. The property is within the Porto Venere Regional Park, just a 2-minute walk from the public beach. The historic centre is also nearby. La Spezia Train Station is 13 km away. The à la carte La Lucciola restaurant serves locals specialities and pizza, for lunch and dinner. Breakfast is a sweet buffet including hot and cold drinks. All rooms come with air conditioning and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Free internet terminals are available at reception, and the garden is equipped with chairs and tables.

“Perfect place to stay in Portovenere”
Great location. Family run. Clean and well equipped. Good restaurant. Roberto and his wife were extremely helpful, great hosts and very genuine. A beer or wine on arrival and after a day out were the icing on the cake. Loved the experience of staying there

Excellent location, two minutes walk from the centre. The host was perfect, looked after us from the day we arrived. We had a slight problem with the room on arrival which the host fixed whilst we drank a complimentary wine. Our stay could not have been better.

The staff is extraordinary friendly, both in the restaurant and for the rooms. They provide good advises, help, and so on. The situation is perfect and the view very nice. The terrace is nice too.

Nice location a little away from the touristy areas of the town. Close to everything, several beach options, the historical town, and other points of interest. The owner, Stefano, is very serviceminded and makes you feel welcome from the very beginning. He also runs the restaurant at ground floor, which serves very nice food as well.

Portovenere is a beautiful spot and the hotel is right on the estuary side. Lovely welcome from the owners and good food to boot. Will be happy to go back there agin!
