Very nice location, clean and quiet, with nice balcony view, walking distance to Porto Venere, if you like walking and enjoying the views from the coast on the way. Comfortable covered parking for 20€ under the hotel. Friendly reception for quick check in and out.

“Best view!”
Easy parking in front of hotel, which is a big bonus in Porto Venere. Beach right in front of hotel. Walk to town goes quickly and has lovely views along the way. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Amazing sea view from room and balcony. Staff is friendly and very accommodative. Also very reasonably priced for area. Easy to take lift to room and transfer luggage. Where most places in Porto Venere you need to climb a lot of stairs.

“Excellent”
Location excellent, immediately across from the beach. Pebbles on the beach, maybe bring beach shoes. Garage parking excellent without which we would have needed to walk up to 1km, cost seemed fair. Range of restaurants within 10minutes and 20minutes. Room spartan, however very functional. Thank you we loved our stay.

“Friendly hotel in a great location”
Nice breakfast, great location. Friendly helpful staff who went out of there way to help when our classic car suffered a breakdown needing a part and an engineer/mechanic willing to help fit it. Without their connections and assistance we might still be broken down so a big thank you to Antonio and the other staff members.

The room was spacious and the view from the balcony was awesome. The staff was very responsive and kind. The breakfast is ok and parking is provided at a reasonable cost.

The quiet postion and stunning views across the bay made this space special. The public beach is just outside. The design of the appartments makes it look like a block of town house which means it blends in with the surroundings. The appartment is well equipped. It's an easy 20 minute walk into the main part of Porto Venere and there is a good restaurant about 10 minutes walk away
