Directly located on the sea, Hotel Della Baia is in Le Grazie bay, 4 km from Portovenere. It offers an outdoor pool and a restaurant serving à la carte menus of Mediterranean cuisine. Rooms are decorated with light colours and each is air conditioned. Facilities include a TV and a minibar and some also come with a balcony overlooking the bay. Staff are available 24 hours a day. The hotel staff were genuinely nice, to us and to our dog. The food was a great experience, even though I'm not that used to seafood, I had something with it every day and it was very good. If you book half-board, they always have options that you can take something that's not from the sea. The restaurant staff was helpful when choosing. My partner eats vegetarian and they accommodated it perfectly with nice extra options. The location is great to not be directly in the cinque terre/porto venere tourist stream but we hiked every day on the cinque terre high path and the alta via del golfo, which both are easily reachable by foot (30 min up the hill) or by car (20 min to get to the parking in front of campiglia). It was great value for the price.

“Beautifull Hotel with very kind staff and amazing restaurant!”
We liked very much this hotel, people who are working there are very helpful, available, and very very kind. The breakfast was very good. The diner on the terrasse was gastronomic and amazing with a very beautiful view. Easy to park the car. Not far from Porto Venere. The swimming pool was great and very clean all the hotel and bedroom was very clean.

Excellent hotel! Outstanding service — it definitely deserves a solid 4*+ rating. The staff is very attentive, the pool is large and well-maintained, and the dinners along with the drink menu are truly impressive. There’s no need to look for restaurants nearby — just book a table in advance, and you’re guaranteed a top-level experience. Rooms facing the marina and the port offer a stunning view, and the street itself is quiet and peaceful.
