Fantastic location with rooms looking over the sea. Good breakfast with lots of variety. Lovely dining area with a full terrace to sit out on. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. 2 minutes walk from main town and bars / restaurants. Bus stop across the road and ferry access (for Cinque Terre) around the corner. 5 minutes walk to beaches. Castle nearby well worth 5 euros to visit.

The Belvedere in Porto Venere will forever remain one of my fondest memories. The hotel exudes charm and character, with breathtaking views of the sea and the bays that make you feel as though you’ve stepped into a film. From the warm service and delightful breakfast to the evening cocktails on the terrace overlooking the water, every moment was pure bliss. The Art Deco interior design adds yet another layer of elegance—truly heavenly.

“Enjoyed our stay in Portovenere”

Location was excellent, lovely views from our room, nice breakfast was provided. Portovenere is a lovely seaside village suitable for visiting the Cinque Terre. Can be busy during the day with visiting tourists from Cruise boats making their way to Cinque Terre, but when the crowds disperse at the end of the day it’s a beautiful spot with many lovely restaurants for dining out.

Great location, beautiful view (sea view room and terrace for breakfast), clean and comfortable beds. Bathroom was okay. Staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast was nice and had enough of food variety.
