Amazing location and really helpful guy Matteo, helped us with everything we needed. There is great parking (35€/24hrs) if needed. It’s underground, secure and comfortable, and most important 5mim walk to the apartment. All is in 5 min walk from the apartment and view from the balcony was amazing!

We had to leave within the same day of checking in. Dreadful experience, have complained to Booking.com for a refund. Filthy dirty, mould, dirty oven, front door did not lock, electricity faulty, used an appliance and it started smelling of smoke and burning, lights flickered on and off the whole afternoon. Wasted $3000 AUD for 1/2 an afternoon. Approached owner, got not assistance advised all good, no one else had ever complained so we should like it too. We moved at considerable expense at 7pm the same day as check in (4 hrs later) to a hotel.

The location was amazing, walk out the door and you are on the Main Street with shops all around. The nature walks around Portofino were absolutely beautiful. The host was responsive to questions.
