“View amazing but not good value for money”

The room had a balcony and lovely view over the sea. Situation of hotel was good and only a short walk into Portofino itself. Andrea was brilliant for recommendations to local restaurants. He made a booking on our first night and actually drove us there for a small fee which was much lower than a local taxi.

Excellent location with amazing views of the sea. Easy access to portofino harbour from behind the hotel avoiding the road. Staff were very helpful and aimed to please.

Perfect for a stay in Portofino. Lovely path to Portofino behind the hotel. We were given large rooms with a sea view.

Lovely greetings when we arrived spoke brilliant English nothing was a problem a super location definitely stay here again. Breakfast was amazing, I choose an omelette at no extra cost & the coffee was the best I’ve ever had. No milk required as I normally do just Beautiful service.

The room was comfortable with a sea view. We didn't have a balcony but there was a nice view out the window. Short walk to the port and the beach. Across the road, there are terraces with sunbeds and access to the seam, a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the sun. Breakfast was very good, with something for everyone - fruit, yoghurt, pastries, eggs, juices, etc. And the staff were very friendly.

The location was good, just 5-7 min walk from the city center. The view from the room was beautiful. The staff was nice at our arrival, they welcomed us, helped with the luggage. The rooms were spacious. The breakfast was really good!

First, the staff were truly exceptional. Not only was nothing too much, they proactively anticipated your needs and suggested things before you even thought of them yourself. The hotel decor is simply gorgeous - real class Italian seafront design - and our bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I can member.

The hotel’s location, the room’s view, and the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff (especially Niccolo) made us very happy.

The staff is very nice. Good position with nice view of Portofino. The rooms with sea view are a must. Valet parking available.

had a perfect view over the entrance to the Portofino bay. It was a short and pleasant walk into town, only a few minutes which was safe and off-road. The staff went beyond expectations, escorting me to my room, stopping to show me the breakfast restaurant before also stopping on the next floor to show me how to exit the building to the walking track and then showing me to my room with the amazing view.
