It’s not enough staff at reception, they move slow, they are overwhelmed, not enough staff at the bar.

The beach was nearby to the hotel, the breakfast was very good, and the room was clean with a big balcony with great view.

Breakfast was amazing with so much choice and we did not need to queue, with ample tables available. 2 different pool areas outside and indoor pool. Never struggled to find sun loungers. The gardens were beautifully maintained. Great location, nice and quiet. Staff were so friendly.

Everything was fabulous - location (you just cross the street and you’re at the beach), friendly staff, amazing breakfast with everything you can think of, good noiseproofed rooms. It’s so clean and safe, we felt better than in any other hotel. Quiet rooms, good beds, beautiful renovation. Although the hotel parking is limited, there is an entire street nearby that turns into a huge parking foe the hotel - no yellow line, parking spaces on both sides. Even if you find a place at 300-500m from the hotel, it’s still a nice and safe walk back to the hotel and it feels safe even late at night. And the feeling that you can 100% find a place is priceless. Close to many other beaches and Calas that are beautiful in the area, in less than 30’, so it’s a good base to explore the area. Animation only until 11pm, so guaranteed quiet evenings when you want to sleep. A huge thank you to all the people working at this hotel, all their hard work makes it feel effortlessly smooth

We were afraid to go to the hotel because on the Google maps the photos were old (before the renovation) and here on booking there some images that are the 3D project but not an actual photo, so we thought it may be a fake and did not know what to expect. But when we actually arrived we were positively shocked that the hotel really looks like here on booking! It is new, clean and beautiful with good food and rooms. We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel and outside. You can find many good spots in the hotel area to rest as well as next to the hotel to visit. The staff was kind and helpful!

Rooms, hotel area, location, food - was really great! Pools, spa with saunas and jacuzzi was clean and nice. The location is perfect - with a great beach, restaurants and activities around (like bike tours). The evening program with singers was really pleasant, we all loved the stay and we were quite a big group of 11 people!

Newly renovated, great decor, spacious balcony on rooms. Very friendly and warm reception staff. Pool guy helps ensure you have a clean towel and checks in to make sure you have a clean one. Bar staff regularly come out to pool to check if people need drinks. Toilets easy access next to pool and bins including recycling make things easy. Good secure luggage storage. Nice fitness centre. Clean. Great value for money. Fab location 2 mins walk from beach and 20 mins from lovely harbour restaurants. Spar supermarket a 2 min walk and next to beach. Lovely beach!

“Absolutely wonderful, really enjoyed our stay”

Absolutely stunning! It felt very luxurious, and the recent redecoration was immaculate with incredible attention to detail. The restaurant was elegant and relaxing, in the buffet was amazing! The location was superb with so many different activities accessible on foot. We especially like walking through the countryside to the secluded cove about 15 minutes away. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much bother.

“So much potential”

This hotel has the potential to be fabulous. The position is good, a short walk to the beach, cafes , restaurants and supermarket. More are available if you walk into town. The hotel has been renovated inside so is lovely. No tea/coffee in the rooms, so I would suggest adding the breakfast option which we hadn't done as the cafes outside open later. The breakfast was really good and we also had 2 dinners at the buffet which were also good.
