“Bad experience. Never again!”
I had already stayed at this hotel a year and a half ago and I loved the experience, so I decided to stay there again with my sister and my husband, in a room for three people. However, when we entered the room, the single bed did not have a blanket, they did not have enough towels for the three of us and the room looked like it had not been used for months, that it was closed waiting for a reservation, it smelled of mold, and the reservation it had been done in advance, so they had enough time to air out the room and check the missing details. The receptionist was not receptive, there were no sockets near the beds and the breakfast staff are very rude, we arrived at 9:40 to have breakfast, more than enough time, as the cafe closes at 10:00, however the person in charge told me to hurry as the cafe was about to close, which I considered such a lack of respect. I only stayed there because I thought it would be the best hotel in Porto Velho, but it was a disappointment. I leave this comment here, but I won't go into more detail, and I still have a lot to say!
