“Ok but won’t come back again”

Located in a close area next to the bus stop and airport, but also close as well to the city. The hostel is ok, don’t have a lot of common area to hang out but it’s kept quite clean :)

Super clean, super nice beds and bathrooms.

It was super clean! The bedroom, the bathroom and also the kitchen. The kitchen was very nice equipped I almost didn't miss a thing. I liked the curtains Infront of the beds and that the beds were like caves and not only frames. The saves under the beds had a good size could fit my whole suitcase (a hand baggage), my backpack and a bag in there.

Great volunteer team with staff! Good location. Nice kitchen! Clean & Organized. Beautiful spacious female dorm, finally firm (concrete) bunk beds! Recommend.

“Nice place, comfortable beds, good value”

Comfortable spacious dorm with proper sturdy double bunks with curtains for privacy. Large bathrooms, very nice kitchen with a good (and clean!) fridge-freezer and properly equipped. Spacious common areas. For a 20/day you can store your luggage and for 30/day you can "day-use" which includes a shower if you're travelling. Good wifi and nice staff, location for me was fine, it's close to the rodoviaria (but don't walk down at night as tempting as is might seem, the ladeira is dark and a bit sketchy) and a 10-15 min stroll to the balsa that takes you to Arraial. I had a very pleasant stay.

I didn’t like much about the property.

The hostel is well maintained and has nice chill out areas, however the hand towels in the kitchen smelt funny and there was no other options for hand drying e.g. paper towels

“Good option to catch the bus next day”

It was a quick stay since, I arrived late from the bus and I had to leave early next morning. I felt the person on reception was not that experienced. She could at least be a little more “caring” asking how was the trip and everything. The place itself is nice close to the bus station that’s what I needed. It was clean and had all amenities for cooking.

Very close to the airport and the historic center. Clean, confortable and a good interior decoration.

Great hostel, really kind and helpful staff. Simple breakfast and bedrooms but very ok for a hostel.

“Chill and welcoming place”

I liked the beds built in the wall in the female dorm! It's also very spacious! Everything is super clean and quiet! I also enjoyed that it's not located in the touristy area! The staff and volunteers are super nice!

Very friendly and kind staff, super super clean place and very comfortable room with AC and ventilator options. I liked cooking there as the kitchen has many equipments too.

i loved the female dorm, it feels very cozy and safe. the hostel is very clean and organized. i really liked the vibe and the staff is super kind and friendly.

The amazing welcoming. Ismael is so intelligent and sweet, kind. Patient. The places breathes good vibes. Its peaceful, large. Birds singing. Got a mess up they helped me. The best place I have been in. Girls, I recommend.

The AC was only on from 10pm to 5am and it never got cold enough. That’s not advertised anywhere. I would have paid to stay somewhere else where I can use the as the entire time I’m sleeping.

“Good hostel”

Good hostel in a good location. It’s only a short walk to the city Center and there’s a close by supermarket. The female dorm is great and really spacious, i can only recommend staying there.

A nice hostel with a good common area and all the volunteers were really friendly and helpful.

Very quiet hostel, with spacious rooms (female room) and big outside space, nice and friendly staff. It was clean and tidy, and there is a kitchen available for the guest use. The laundry service was a good price and you can dry your clothes on the roof terrace. Supermarkets and bakery near to the hostel.

Close to the bus station and sights, beds were comfy and staff friendly.
