“Unhelpful, unbearably hot and expensive for what it is!”
The property presents itself as a high-end accommodation but delivers a service more consistent with a basic hostel, despite charging five-star hotel rates. The rules are rigid and impractical, and staff were largely unhelpful. Upon arrival, the apartment was extremely hot, with all windows open and filled with mosquitoes. The room could and should have been properly prepared in advance. This was the third property we stayed in during our trip, and it was by far the worst experience. While the apartment appears attractive in photos, the actual service quality was very poor. It is difficult to justify an apartment where only one room is air-conditioned. The living area was unbearably hot, forcing us to spend most of our stay confined to the bedroom. Requesting additional towels was unnecessarily difficult, as replacements are only provided every three days with no flexibility. Given the price charged, the level of service is unacceptable and falls well below reasonable expectations.

“Beautiful and relaxing stay”
The village is really nice and the apartments are well looked after and maintained. The pool was just in front of the of our apartment which was good as we were with a 3 years old who loved it, the hammock was my favourite spot to relax. Breakfast was excellent and served by really kind and professional staff. All staff were extremely helpful and lovely. Having a bar next to the pool was very good as well and food at a reasonable price.

“Room to big improvements!”
I liked the house as it has 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. All with very good taste, 3 air conditioning units. Very quiet and relaxing environment. Near to the beach and with loads of activities nearby that can be reached walking 5 min.
