“Great location set back from the seafront.”

“We enjoyed our stay”
You can reach the beach and a beautiful park within 3-4 minutes by foot. The rooms are very clean and have been recently refurbished. We stayed there for a week and we could always find a free parking spot. The staff is really amazing: very kind, friendly and helpful! The breakfast is italian style, and it consists mainly from sweet pastries, different types of croissants etc. However, there is also cheese, ham and butter.

Good quality/price ratio. We appreciated good cleaning service, italian style breakfasts, we always got good cofffee and hot chocolate for our kid. The nearest surrounding is a little bit busy (the hotel is situated by the road) but it is close to many restaurants and shops. The area itself is fascinating, little towns nearby are worth of visit, especially Fermo or Torre di Palme. The hotel has its own parking place.

“A nice simple hotel in a good location”
A basic but functional room in a nice hotel. Location is excellent and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. Near to the beach yet reasonably quiet. Food and drink seemed a reasonable price however I went out for food to a local pizzeria instead.

“Last minute stopover”
Staff were friendly. The evening meal was a set menu which we enjoyed and there was onsite parking. We only stayed 1 night as a last minute stop on our travels through. Good size bathroom and comfortable bed.
