Overview
Opened in July 2012, Residence Ataras is located in the centre of Porto San Paolo and offers modern apartments with terrace and wooden furniture. The seaside is 600 metres away. The apartments come with air conditioning, satellite TV and washing machine. Some apartments have views of the sea, some feature a dishwasher, and some are complete with 2 bathrooms. The staff is on site for check-in, which must be agreed in advance.

“A perfect holiday.”
Spacious apartment (#7) with a nice balcony and a beautiful view over the Tavolara Island. The apartment was very well equipped with everything a family of four need which made it such a carefree holiday. It was really nice to have our own washing machine and not to mention to turn on the air conditioning when we returned from the beach in the afternoons. We slept well and the bed was comfortable in the bedroom, and the sleeping couch was convenient for the kids. We loved having everything so close; the supermarket, the bakery and the café’s on the corner. We would especially like to mention the small Pizzeria L’Orca just a few meters up the street and will recommend that place for their excellent pizza and family friendly service. Porto San Paolo and Residence Ataras made this holiday all so perfect. The staff were helpful and available long after the office hour in order to help us. We will strongly advise everyone to install WhatsApp to ease the communication. I wish we had. We also had great use of renting a car and kept going back to our favourite beach Spiaggia Porto Taverna. Residence Ataras offer their residence’s some discount when renting a car and made it affordable for us to have a car throughout our holiday. We doubt this will be our last visit - arrivederci Ataras and Porto San Paolo!

“Excellent”
Everything was perfect, an amazing apartment stylish decorated and furnished I loved it. It's situated in a strategic location and the staff working at the agency were very helpful. Elisa - who's the one I dealt with - was very professional and made me very welcomed. Her customer support is second to none. Thank you very much I'll certainly use this residence as my base every time I come to Sardinia.

“Marvelous family vacancy”
Big apartment with large veranda and marvelous view on island Tavolara (upper floor). Apartment is fully equiped (plenty of dishes, washing machine, 2 separate air conditions, Netflix on the TV). Helpful host (they got a cot for our small baby), you can also rent a car there for a very fair price (compared to airport). Plenty of beautiful beaches around, you don´t even need to go to Costa Smeralda north of Olbia.

“Great place for long stay”
The apartment is really spacious and well organized. It's located in a strategic position to reach many beautiful beaches and it's in the town centre, so you have all sort of shops, restaurants and bars at walking distance. The staff is very friendly and always helpful with anything. We also rented a car with them and it's a very good service, way cheaper than other car rentals. Overall it was a great experience, I recommend it.
