Set on the outskirts of Conero Regional Park, this guest house and stables offers a peaceful location just 5 km from Scossicci Beach. All air-conditioned rooms offer flat-screen TV and parquet floors. Parking is free. Each room includes a private bathroom equipped with hairdryer and free toiletries. All offer countryside views, some face Mount Conero. There is a vending machine for snacks and soft drinks through the day. The Conero is 7 km from Porto Recanati, and a 12-minute drive from the A14 Motorway.

The staff were very accommodating and the room was quite comfortable. The location has many lovely pets and animals which we found delightful.

“Great location between farm and beach”
Good room, spacious and clean, great service from the staff. Good abundant breakfast. The location is good as it is a farm. It was great to see all the animals during the stay. It is also close to the beach and towns with many restaurants, shops and things to do.

It was our best stay EVER! Conero Ranch was the most fabulous palace we've EVER had!! The breakfast was soooo delicious too. Bravo!!!!

Lovely farm location in the middle of the countryside with lots of animals, bird song and cuddly puppies and kittens. Super-comfy bed, all mod cons and lovelt views. Breakfast options a-plenty, friendly staff and 5 mins from the beach. What's not to like!

“Nice weekend in the countryside”
Really nice ranch in the middle of the countryside of Numana/Porto Recanati. Location is really close to the beach (30min walk or 5 min car). Breakfast was good. Room was a bit small, but perfect for a summer weekend.
