Sabrina and her daughter welcomed us when we arrived. They were friendly, helpful and gave us recommendations for the area. The rooms were clean and the mini fridges were stoked each day with complimentary drinks and snacks. The guest house is located in a central area within walking distance to the port, restaurants and the bus stop.

The room was very clean, modern and beautifully decorated. The bed and pillows were so comfortable and the AC in the room was the perfect temperature. The host is thoughtful, informative and responsive. The room always had water, tea/coffee and snacks which we greatly appreciated. The place provided parking nearby which is also a must since parking can be difficult in Porto Ercole. I would highly recommend this place and we would stay here again on our next visit to Porto Ercole

We couldn’t have asked for a better host or property. Sabrina was so kind and helpful and even helped us get to the train station on our way home. The room was very clean, bright, quiet and spacious for the two of us. The bed was comfortable too. The location is excellent just 2 minute walk from the port and only a 20 minute walk to a public beach. There was also Bar Centrale next door which was great for breakfast. We can’t fault the property at all and we’d love to stay here if we came back to Porto Ercole again. Grazie Mille Sabrina 😊😊

“Fantastic facilities, welcoming host, central Porto Ercole location”

Central location, room was really well furnished, lovely decor, more complementary snacks than I could use, good facilities.

Sabrina, the host, was fantastic. She was extremely nice and helpful. The rooms were great, the place was about 2 blocks from the waterfront. We had breakfast at the cafe next door. Everything was great, but Sabrina was the greatest.

It was spotless clean, beautifully decorated and Sabrina thought of every tiny detail. Loved it, it was so charming! We had so many snacks, beverages and fruits available - this was as amazing PLUS. Sabrina also rented us a scooter, which is perfect for discovering Monte Argentario. We could not have chosen any better.
