“Clean, comfortable apartment centrally located with parking”
Very stylish and comfortable rooms in an apartment style accommodation. 3 double en-suite rooms, accessed seperately with communal kitchen, dining and sofa area. We only stayed 1 night but would be ideal for a longer stay with self catering option. Every aspect of the rooms and communal area has had so much thought and detail. Good location and a safe, private parking area in an adjacent street is a fantastic bonus.

“Good location very safe area!”
We liked the location being right at the Port. Nice walking area in the evening. The host was very helpful when we arrived to show us the parking area. Also helped to set us up for golf as the course nearby was busy with a tournament. Was great to have her call for us to be sure we knew what was available.

“Lovely modern boutique hotel in Porto Ercole”
Lovely modern light room in centre of Porto Ercole . Kitchen area for use by guests was a real bonus . The hosts had provided a good breakfast plus coffee / tea making facilities . Parking was provided in a small private car park opposite

Excellent apartment. Very stylish and luxurious. Perfect location. Extremely clean and well kept. Parking close by and complimentary. Comfortable beds. Spacious room. Very helpful and good communication between the host. Definitely would recommend to stay here.

“A wonderful and ideal stop over to really chill out”
The location was excellent, the room was very clean and comfortable, and the self serve breakfast was nice to have. It was a last minute booking for us before our cruise from CIVITAVECCHIA, and it was such a lovely surprise to find this gem so close by.
