“Enjoyable and comfortable stay”
Very central location close to harbour. We booked the deluxe apartment which was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. It was spacious and had a good size verandah. Basic food items were also provided and topped up every day. Host communicated well and met us at front of building to help us unload and then we followed him to a secure car park only 5 min walk away. Guest house exactly as in the photos.

Alessandro was helpful and nice and the rooms were spotless and great. Also, great location right in the center of Porto Ercole, 3 minutes walk from the sea front.

Modern, clean, excellent kitchen and bathroom, comfy bed. Really nice to not have to worry about finding/paying for parking. Nespresso coffee machine with lots of capsules. Right by the harbour, very central but no noise with the double glazing. Very glad we chose to stay here.

Greatest accomodation in Porto Ercole! Alessandro is one of nicest person I've met during my trips, great at communication and willing to help with any request. Appartment is wide and fully equiped with nice kitchen and big bathroom. Cleaning service is exceptional. Bevarage, coffee and sweets for breakfast are just the tip of the perfection to get the best experience from your stay. I've been here twice and really looking forward to come again. Location in Porto Ercole is the most peaceful place to rest your mind and body for vacation. Love it!

Very nice and modern apartment, which is comfortable (bed, airco) and has a well equipped kitchen. Also a terrace both at the front and the back of the house. It has everything you need for a perfect stay. Located at a quiet place in the village at walking distance to the port with various restaurants, bars and shops. Several beaches nearby (within 10 minutes drive)

The apartment is extremely comfortable with plenty of little treats in the kitchen to make your stay even more enjoyable. It is in a perfect location to explore Porto Ercole and surrounds which are very scenic. We found a beach bar which has stunning views over the water to the island 😍 We loved our stay and would highly recommend, the parking is not far from the apartment and is very secure.
