It was clean, in a good position near to Porto Ercole, it had 2 parking places (really useful since it’s really difficult to find a parking) and staff was super friendly and kind.

Everything was spotlessly clean. Kitchen well equipped. Nice big bedroom. Great air conditioning throughout. Mozzie screens on all windows. Easy 2 minute walk to the village and supermarket even closer. Free parking. Excellent host: friendly, professional, flexible, good tips for the area
