Some might consider it a bit too isolated as it is a bit of a distance from any amenities and up a steep road, but we love the tranquility of being away from the noise of the town (and the main road) and it gives us the benefit of a beautiful view as well. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed and air conditioning makes it comfortable in the heat. We have stayed in this property for over 20 years and have seen some significant improvements being made over this period.

This venue will allow wellness if you turn off your tech, cook for yourself and burn the vistas into your soul, absorb your partner in the silence of the moment and envelope yourself in the moment that is here. Getting there is a challenge however so, so worth it. Do not give up as we all survive it. Enter the gate, see the villas or the big house and you will feel OMG. You need a car to optimise the experience. Get your supplies at the COOP in Porto Santa Stefano for a romantic feast. I feel you will sense we loved Borgo Delgi Ulivi. It is forever tattooed into our lived memories. Take the challenge, push your limits , experience the same.

While the house is a fair drive up the hill, it does have the benefit of a wonderful view as well as the peace and serenity that comes with being isolated. Blasco (The Owner) was extremely helpful on all fronts and any small issues were dealt with immediately. The house is well laid out and there is enough parking for two cars. The aircon is a must these days and all rooms had it. It has a wonderful cosy charm which means that it is as nice to stay here in the winter as it is in the summer.

The property is located on the most gorgeous hillside overlooking the marina below and Port Ecole, the three Spanish fortresses on separate hills, and the sea. It is a magical place. It was exceptionally relaxing.

The Views were amazing. The villa was spacious, tastefully decorated and well appointed. All equipment and appliances you would want or need were provided. The out door seating, dining area and pool area were all comfortable and well maintained. Air conditioning and WiFi were good. Blasco the host was was fantastic. He welcomed us to the villa and provided lots of useful local information, especially when our daughter needed medical attention. We loved our stay.
