“Amazing stay”
Beautiful location, close to porto ercole and beaches (by car). Property is big and amidst nature, just gorgeous. Apartment with 3 bedrooms was huge and beautifully decorated, superclean as well and comfy beds, kitchen is big and has everything. Host is super responsive and kind.

“Fabulous views and lovely fresh interior design”
FAbulous views from the terrace of P 1. Well equipped kitchen . Clean , Modern and fresh decor . Ability to wash and dry clothes on short turn around which when you are on road trips through Italy help keep luggage to a minimum.

The WiFi was very unstable. One of us needed to work during the stay and it was impossible over the WiFi. And there was a leak from the floor above us into the living room.

Comfortable, clean, well equipped and cosy. By the way, many reviewers remarked on the absence of salt and pepper, but there was plenty of both. You'll find it in the sachets in the container by the sink. Wonderful views, beautiful walks and close to town despite being surrounded by countryside. Close to the Feniglia beach, and an easy drive to both Orbetello and Porto Santo Stefano. The Argentario is well worth exploring - a bit like Cap d'Antibe but a thousand times bigger. Then again, there are the islands of Giglio and Gianutri. Basically, it's a wonderful base for a wonderful holiday. A real home from home.
