Perfect stay. Staying here was the best decision we made. Everyone was extremely friendly and very helpful. It’s located in the center, close to the beach and restaurants. The rooms are comfortable, and the breakfast is wonderful, with plenty of variety and everything very tasty. Gil won our hearts—attentive, professional, and always available. The place is beautiful, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision to stay here. Above all, the people are amazing.

The place was fantastic. Naturally warm water in the pool! Very nice team, always ready to make your stay the most special possible. Everyone is very kind and attentive, and they get out of their way to make your stay comfortable. The reception and management team are very friendly and super nice. The kitchen and breakfast staff were very kind to attend to our dietary requirements.

“10/10 hotel in Porto de galinhas”
We loved everything about this hotel, it is my favourite hotel that I have stayed in Brazil. The rooms are modern and clean. The facilities are great and you cannot be in a better location. The team at Maihai go out of their way to help you, Thiago, Anderson, Gi and Marilla all made our stay amazing. We will be back here without a doubt and will be recommending to friends who want to visit Porto de galinhas.

Lovely modern but comfy hotel. Well maintained with very friendly staff. In a great location right by all the usual holiday destinations bars and restaurants. Beautiful outside area. Rooms not huge but very acceptable.

I recently stayed at Maihai Hotel for a week, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The location couldn’t be more perfect — it’s less than a minute’s walk from the best part of the beach and right by the heart of the city, making everything I wanted to explore within easy reach. The hotel itself has a cozy, intimate feel, as it’s small enough that you truly feel at home rather than just another guest. The rooms are spacious, beautifully furnished, and thoughtfully designed to ensure a comfortable stay. And the food deserves its own mention — it’s absolutely delicious and, in my opinion, the best in town, with fresh ingredients and plenty of variety that kept each meal exciting throughout my stay. But what truly makes Maihai special is the staff. They’re some of the best I’ve ever encountered, always friendly, attentive, and seemingly able to anticipate needs before I even had to ask. Their warmth and professionalism added a unique touch to my experience, making it feel like a home away from home. I’ll definitely be returning on my next visit and can’t recommend Maihai highly enough!

Everything was fine (!), but it was a bit pricy. This is, of course, because of the location, 30m from The walking street of Porto. But all good! 👍👍
