“Busy, inexpensive hotel.”
The location was great for us just a very short walk from the tennis centre. Hotel is in upmarket area of Porto Alegre. No problems walking around the area. Large supermarket 100 metres. Great shower-hot and strong. Room was of a reasonable size. Included breakfast was good with a selection of hot and cold dishes, good fruit juices, breads and cakes, tea, coffee and fresh fruit. The cleaning staff did a great job and were friendly and attentive to our needs. The young lady at reception who could speak English was welcoming and helpful. The kitchen staff were also great. Room price was very good.

“Safe, clean and outstanding staff. Brillant location. Basic breakfast and dated room.”
The best thing about the property is the location, moinhos de vento is a great neighbourhood and made a prefect spot to stay. The hotel rooms are a bit dated specially the bathrooms but the shower is strong so not bad. The breakfast was ok, nothing special and to be honest I eat in though they could offer a better selection as this is supposed to be a 4 star hotel. The staff is the strong point, everyone was going above and beyond, extremely polite, friendly and trustworthy!

Room was spacious and nice, even if simple and a bit old. The view was amazing! The shower was good. Breakfast was nice. Location was easy to get to and the fact that there are stores, restaurants and supermarkets nearby is a plus. Parking was good and convenient. You have to leave the car keys with the hotel/parking staff.

“Obrigado too everyone”
I arrived there in the midst of your flooding disaster, the hotel was assisting the locals and I felt bad too of occupied a room a family could have used. I had financial issues and more for ground travel to leave, everyone there was wonderful, kind, understanding ( love the Brazilian people and thank you for everything )

It took me 30 mins to do the check-in at 22.00 as only 1 person was attending because the other receptionist was too busy to upload invoices on the system. At this hotel, I had probably the worst breakfast ever at any hotel in Brazil. After the first day, I decided to have breakfast outside at my own cost. Half of the machines at the gym were not working as allegedly in maintenance. However, I stayed at the hotel for 4 days, I went to the gym every single day and I never saw anyone repairing them so I suspect they have been left permanently broken which is totally unacceptable. The lift was working poorly and I always had to wait 5 minutes to go up or down. The fire alarm in the room had 2 lights extremely bright which were very annoying at the time of sleeping.
