Overview
The building has a wonderful Coliving structure, with shared environments such as: Cokitchen, Coworking, gym, bike rack, laundry, games room, mini self-service market, amazing terrace, elevators, parking (check prices and availability). To access the building and the apartment, you will have to download our app to get an access password that works directly from your cell phone. You can also hire cleaning, maintenance and change of trousseau services. We are in a privileged location in the Cidade Baixa neighborhood, known as the bohemian neighborhood of the city, full of excellent bars and restaurants. Next to the building are supermarkets, pharmacies, hospitals, malls and universities. In addition, we also have some of the main tourist attractions of the city, they are: Orla do Guaíba, Historic Center, Farroupilha Park, Beira-Rio Stadium, Porto Cervejeiro District and many museums. Contact the administrator to send check-in information. Please note that parking is subject to availability, reservation and payment are required to guarantee use. It doesn't fit big cars.

Gym facilities are poor and equipment is old and badly maintained. Guests on the 6th floor had a party and left their doors opened to come and go as they pleased.

Great overall experience and best price. Best location in Porto Alegre and extremely easy access. Feels very safe for loading/waiting due to glass walls, two front doors system and the free space in front of building. I was feeling insecure about traveling alone and doing absolutely everything online and everything worked well and the customer service was very efficient.
