This accommodation is very modern but has the old school charm with an upstairs attic that you can open the blinds of a night and stargaze..a fireplace to look cosy..excellent amenities..the host was very welcoming and would highly recommend this accommodation

The property was spotless and Anni (the host) left thoughtful little items in the kitchen for us (cold water bottles in the fridge, coke, chocolates etc) - it was a nice touch! Ample space for my parents, me and my husband to lounge around and the kitchen was a full kitchen with stove tops and oven - super handy in the end, as we were not able to get into any pubs in Portland and ended up cooking dinner from stuff bought from the IGA across the road. Also right next to what looks like a fantastic bakery, but unfortunately we weren't able to try it out for ourselves as they were closed for the holidays. Would definitely recommend and stay again if we are ever in Portland.

The accommodation felt like home and was tastefully decorated. Clear instructions from the host and a seamless check-in process. The welcome gifts were appreciated.

Such a great location - walk anywhere in CBD. Property was very comfortable and spacious with excellent facilities. Could easily have everything you need to stay longer very comfortably. Thank you for the little extras supplied on arrival they were a really nice surprise. We will be back again!

Disappointing that several notes in the property refer back to the Terms and Conditions. Steering guests based on contractual terms is offensive and rather pathetic. A high price point for the property greeted with a constant reminder that our stay was part of a commercial transaction is sad. Respect your guests. For the price point, there is no excuse for a requirement for customer to put the bins out, with constant threats of charges in the notes posted around the space. Seriously. Ridiculous. Especially taking into account that this information is not clearly stated until arrival. Internet did not work, this is substandard for a property at this price. Everything is the Aldi-inspired. Don’t be fooled by the reviews complimenting the welcome pack, save yourself and spend the full $6.00 at Aldi instead for a bottle of subpar red wine. A genuine embarrassment for the price.

“Highly recommended”

This is a very comfortable apartment. The rooms are very spacious and clean. It was very nice of the host to arrange some complementary treats. The only regret is we wish we stayed a bit longer at this place. Highly recommended.
