“Poor communication from staff”
Unfortunately we requested to cancel due to illness and the staff did not get back to us instead chose to keep our payment, they could have still replied to our messages even if no refund was going to be given.

The location was excellent, and management was good. The room was very neat and tidy.. The bed was a little hard for our liking. The pillows were great. Overall, the motel was spacious and worth the stay.
