We received a warm welcome from Trevor. The power had been out, but he was already on top of things and supplied us with more water, a camping stove and wipes. And as Murphy's law would have it... the power came on. All the breakfast items and more are supplied. It was delicious! The accommodation is set in a nice quiet area, beautiful gardens, koala's, kangaroo with joey, what a wonderful environment to start and end your day!

Cape Nelson cottage was like a home away from home, with creature comforts and fantastic breakfast provisions. Comfortable and beautifully presented. The hosts were friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable about what to do in Portland and surrounding areas. We enjoyed our time there.

Charming Cottage! Comfortable with everything we could need. Fantastic Breakfast supplies! Set in lovely gardens. Koala in the tree next to us! Horses next door. Just on the edge of town on the road to the lighthouse and stunning Cape Bridgewater.

Beautiful cottage, gardens and location. Very welcoming owners. Breakfast provisions, snacks, toiletries and firewood all provided. Enjoyed the peace and quiet.

Cape Nelson Cottage is truely a paradise. An amazing home and garden where you can unwind and relax. I didn't want to leave! Cosy and warm with food and firewood provided. Great location!

The host met us upon arrival with the key and showed us to our accommodations. The cottage was both cute and comfortable. It well equipped and very clean. The gardens were beautiful. Host had left supplies for us to use during our stay.

The cottage was cosy, comfortable and very clean and was surrounded by a glorious garden. The hosts were helpful without being intrusive and provided super-generous provisions. A great base from which to explore the area and nearby National Parks and bush walks. There was even a koala in the gumtree outside the kitchen window!
