The hot tub was not up and running, couldn't get a signal for the key code and key lock was so stiff had trouble opening it initially, found a tablet on the floor in the children's room, gum and towel on top of wardrobe and an empty bottle and crisp packet under their wardrobe on arrival from a previous rental.

A lovely well equipped house. Very clean. Any questions were answered promptly. I would highly recommend this property. Its a beautiful place, with great footpaths along the coast.

A gorgeous home. So cosy. Really spacious for the 6 of us. Although there was no secure space for our dog, it's literally on the coastal path and we loved walking to both Cullen and Findochty from our doorstep. Everything you could possibly want in a holiday home and a lovely welcome pack on the table was so nice. I would highly recommend it - local pub, great chippie and no distance to anywhere along that coast.

Stayed for 4 nights in this beautiful home. Having 2 lounges was a bonus as we had teenagers with us. Both double rooms were spacious with more than ample storage for clothing in all 4 bedrooms. The location was perfect and we blessed to see the sunset. The kids enjoyed the wood burning hot tub.

Everything. The location was amazing, and the views from the front garden were stunning. The accommodation was a home from home. Very comfortable beds and clean linen and spare linen if needed. Having a child with us the advantage of having a second tv was spot on. In the village, there is a Spar shop, a Chinese takeaway, and a chip shop that sells the best fish and chips I've ever tasted. The people in the village are all so friendly and welcoming, and the local cats all pay a visit now and again, especially the 3-legged one.

Gorgeous location with views over Portknockie harbour. Wonderful coastal walks and the beauty of the Moray coast to delight in. The house had everything we needed for a family Christmas away. It was spotless and clean and great that it was pet friendly. Can’t recommend highly enough.

It was in a very good location for coastal and beach walks and harbour. There were other towns to visit for shopping although the Spar was very good. Local fresh fish was easy to find and the fish and chip shop and Chinese were excellent. Some lovely woodland walks were also close by.

The location was good, overlooking the harbour and it was easy to find. There were a few fast-food catering establishments, so we were able to get a meal on our arrival which was quite late.

Accommodation and location were both excellent.

Cottage was very clean, comfortable with good quality furnishing. As there was only four of us (and the dog) we had plenty of space for dining and lounging. It was cold when we arrived so had to turn up heating but it didn’t take long before it was toasty. Outside areas were great for dining.
