The location is great, lots of lovey beaches and restaurants nearby. The host were great, very helpful and friendly the accommodation is to a very high spec, lovely breakfast outside and with a wonderful view. Plus the two dogs Charlie and Max were very friendly and our girls loved them.

The property was stunningly beautiful, with modern, stylish, and well-equipped rooms. Claude was very friendly, and the delicious breakfast was included in the rate. The location was also perfect—just a scooter ride from the beach.

“A perfect stay”

We have travelled across most of Europe but we have never stayed anywhere quite like Domaine de Roque Haute. It is a very special place. From the road it looks like a Tuscan villa set up on the hill completely tucked away in the hilltop vista. The villa accommodates 4 bedrooms which are accessed by a separate stairway to the owners living rooms. There are other buildings alongside the main house which are cottages to rent and a gite which holds up to 13 people with its own pool. Our bedroom was luxurious as is the rest of the house. The attention to detail of everything is exceptional. Beautiful bedding and towels, huge bathroom with 2 washbasins and a separate toilet. Breakfast was amazing sat out on the terrace looking out to the sea. There is free usage of the swimming pool and towels are provided. The owners also use the pool as it is their family home and they make everyone feel so welcome. They are also very interested in giving you information about the history of the house which is fascinating.

Beautiful house, comfy room and delicious breakfast. Charming hosts helped with suggested visits and places to eat.

Claude and Carine are wonderfull people. From the first moment they make you feel very welcome. Always up for a chat, giving tips about the region or helping you. The domaine itself is beautiful, quiet and has amazing view at the seaside (The beach itself is 5 min by car). You feel really at peace when you walk around, swim or sit down to read. The room was super clean and very nice. We slept like logs in the super comfy beds. Every morning you wake up with an amazing breakfast that Claude, Carine and Isabelle prepare for their guests. Overall our stay went beyond our expectations. When we visit the region in the future we would definitely return to this gem. 10/10 would recommend!

Perched high up on a hill, Domaine de Roque Haute is visible from the main road as you arrive. This creates a sense of excitement that doesn’t diminish when you reach the front door. This beautiful hotel is situated in lovely grounds with a small swimming pool to cool off on hot days. It’s so peaceful and enjoys an amazing sea breeze. There are several areas to sit under cover in the grounds and look at the view too. Breakfast was continental style w a home made cake on each day that we were there. We hired the Grand Suite with two bedrooms 2 bathrooms and a great seating area. There’s also a small kitchenette which allows self catering as needed. Beds were really comfortable and all our needs catered. A place to relax and unwind. Also close to beaches, local supermarkets and a couple of beach restaurants that we enjoyed.

A really beautiful property. We had a lovely comfortable room with a super comfy bed. The shower was fantastic! The location was excellent although a car is needed. Parking available on the property. The owner was extremely helpful and went out of his way to assist us. A delicious breakfast.

Breakfast was delicious and the location was perfect for exploring the area. The house is very beautiful and the hosts were good fun and full of information, including the best restaurants in the town.

Everything has been said in all kind of languages over the past 2-3 years. The shown fotos from the hosts do completely resemble the reality… Absolute highlights: sunrise, breakfast on the terrace (self made orange marmelade from Philippe), sunset incl. the magical atmosphere. We REALLY felt heartly welcome and part of the magic which lingers in every corner. Mercy a Carine, Claude, Isabelle und Philippe who work with that enthusiasm you wish you had in a 5 stars+ hotel. For 4 head family the suite grand duc with the views from sunrise to sunset was great. However we do not recommend it for 2 pairs etc. as it is coming only with one shower that needs to be shared. Which was not a problem for us.

“A fantastic location with a marvellous service”

The location is outside the town so you need to have a car but that is also what makes it so fabulous. Having breakfast in the morning outside in the garden with the birds singing is fantastic. The same thing for a gals of wine in the evening.

“Excellent place to stay while visiting the Languedoc.”

Beautifully situated house, perfectly located close to the beach and to very nice restaurants. (Note that a car is needed to travel around in the area, to the beach (5 min) and to the restaurant). The house and the garden were very neat, very well maintained and nicely decorated. Lovely owners. We would very much like to come back to Domaine de Roque Haute!

Excelent and personal treat received from Claude and his wife. The place is very beautiful, near to the beach, very quiet, isolated but also near of many other interesting places in the zone. Specially indicated for rest. It was our second visit but we'll repeat.

Clean, spacious appartement in a French manor, situated in the middle of nature but also very close to the beach. We enjoyed our bike rides to nearly beach restaurants. Breakfast is plenty, overlooking the whole valley. Great place to stay!
