“👎 unexpected cash guarantee of €300, with very difficult proces to get it back👎”
I had to pay €300 guarantee, in cash, what was not communicated during booking the place Beds were not made up Owner was unpolite in communication It was made very hard to get the guarantee back: I had to drive 12 km and only after a lot of unclear communication and pressure from my side they gave me back the money of rhe deposit
